Show wedding guests where to visit!
Let your guests know some of the fun places to visit nearby. The Herd at the Stockyards is an obvious choice. The Kimbell Art Museum, Modern Art Museum, Amon Carter Museum, the Cowgirl Museum & Hall of Fame and Fort Worth’s History and Science Museum pack a punch and are all within walking distance to the others. Guests could also set aside some time to venture out to one of the top zoos in the nation: the Fort Worth Zoo!

Put together an activity.
If you are looking for more intimate happenings, consider hosting a cooking class at local eatery. Call local, well-known restaurants to see if they would host something of the sort, or make arrangements at Sur la Table — their classes are the best!
Since you may not be hosting all the out-of-town guests at the rehearsal dinner, you could host a cookie and coffee reception to make everyone feel included. This can even take place during the rehearsal dinner; ask a dear friend to host it for you! If this isn’t doable, host it after the rehearsal dinner. I bet your hotel will find a space for this little gathering.
The Ale Trail, Fort Worth’s new craft beer tour through town, is another great interactive option. This “trail” is a self-paced tour that can be completed in one day or during a 90-day time period. You get to pick which breweries to tour and get a sample flight at each location.
Hosting a post-wedding brunch is another wonderful activity for your wedding guests. (And we would love to recommend a brunch at Branch & Bird overlooking the beautiful city of your nuptials!)
